The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site to discuss and clarify conditions and requirements. The pre-proposal conference will be held on September4, 2025 at 14:00pm. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact the U.S. Embassy Lilongwe GSO Procurement office (LilongweGSOProcurement@State.gov) for additional information or to arrange entry to the residence. Proposals are due September 25,2025 at 10:00am. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
