Enclosed is RFP for the works to be completed. If you would like to submit a quotation, please review the enclosures and follow the attached Bid Instructions. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site to discuss and clarify conditions and requirements. The pre-proposal conference will be held on September 3, 2025, at 10:00am. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact the U.S. Embassy Lilongwe GSO Procurement office (LilongweGSOProcurement@State.gov) for additional information or to arrange entry to the residence.
