Complete Facilities Maintenance (CFM) services across three facilities in the Yuma/San Luis area (John Rolls U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building in Yuma; San Luis I and San Luis II Land Ports of Entry in San Luis). The contractor must provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and shipping/handling, and be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems (including vertical transportation), as well as custodial, grounds, trash and recycling, and all related services.

This is a limited sources justification for a multi-site facilities management contract, indicating the award will be pursued through limited sources rather than full competition. The scope requires comprehensive upkeep and operation across these sites, encompassing both maintenance and related support functions.
