Summary

AI-generated · Nov 21, 2025

Four Competitive Basic Ordering Agreements will be established with AeroVironment, Insitu, Shield AI, and Textron Systems to provide land- and sea-based UAS ISR services on a Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) basis to support multiple combatant commands. Contractors will supply the resources to produce sensor data, including trained personnel, non-developmental UAS equipment, certifications, operation and maintenance, spares, and product support, to enable around-the-clock imagery and other sensor capabilities in ISR missions.

Opportunities under these BOAs will be competed among the four firms, with the winning offeror(s) receiving a delivery order under the corresponding BOA. Work may support domestic and coalition partners in combat and contingency operations based on JUONs, Fleet Top-Level Requirements (TLRs), and other operational documents. This synopsis is for information only and not a solicitation; the Government may determine not to compete; there are no commitments to solicit or award, and information is subject to change. No phone responses.
