Amend the Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) to extend the proposal due date from 6 March 2026 to 11 March 2026 (see RPP Amendment 0001, page 1 and page 18). No additional questions/phone calls regarding the RPP will be accepted. 2. Amend the RPP, section 2.6 Preliminary Screening & Eligibility, to remove the NOTE in the Description for the Rating of Pass (See RPP Amendment 0001, page 8). 3. Amend the RPP, Attachment C: Warranties and Representations to align the eligibility definitions with the RPP (See Attachment C rev 1). 4. Answer questions received from potential performers (see RPP Amendment 0001, Attachment 1). There are no other changes.
