This Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) is being issued under the authority of prototype Other Transaction Authority (pOTA) 10 U.S.C. 4022 by the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Operational Medical Systems (OPMED) Project Management Office located in Frederick, Maryland, at Fort Detrick. The requirement is needed by the Warfighter Expeditionary Medicine and Treatment Project Management Office (WEMT PMO) within DHA OPMED for medical oxygen generation. Amend the Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) to extend the proposal due date from 6 March 2026 to 11 March 2026 (see RPP Amendment 0001, page 1 and page 18). No additional questions/phone calls regarding the RPP will be accepted. 2. Amend the RPP, section 2.6 Preliminary Screening & Eligibility, to remove the NOTE in the Description for the Rating of Pass (See RPP Amendment 0001, page 8). 3. Amend the RPP, Attachment C: Warranties and Representations to align the eligibility definitions with the RPP (See Attachment C rev 1). 4. Answer questions received from potential performers (see RPP Amendment 0001, Attachment 1). There are no other changes.
