Synopsis The United States Air Force, AFLCMC/PZIB, Wright-Patterson AFB is conducting Market Research for the procurement of the following; - The current dining facility kitchen at The National Museum of the US Air Force - Valkyrie Caf needs a Commercial Dishwasher which will be used to efficiently clean and sanitize large quantities of dishes, glasses, utensils, and other foodservice ware. The dishwasher must be designed for high-volume use and can handle the demands of busy food service operations. Regular maintenance and reliable operation are critical to supporting high-volume food service and sanitation operations essential to the mission of the installation s dining facility operation. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to: Deliver and install a new commercial dishwasher in accordance with commercial standards and local health/safety codes. Provide an annual preventive maintenance service to ensure optimal operation and compliance with manufacturer standards. Provide on-call emergency repair services as needed Dishwasher Procurement and Installation The contractor shall: Supply and install a commercial-grade dishwasher capable of processing high volumes per hour. Ensure the unit meets NSF, UL, and Energy Star certifications.
