A planning-focused Request for Information (RFI) seeks industry input for a potential Command, Control, and Infrastructure Operation (C2IO) services contract the government may issue. The anticipated award would be a Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort arrangement, likely lasting up to 60 months (base period plus four 12-month option periods and a possible 6-month extension) and would fall under Computer Facilities Management Services. Responses are voluntary and will not affect a firm’s ability to submit a future bid if a solicitation is released; official information will be released by the Contracting Officer.

Respondents should submit a capabilities statement (up to two pages) addressing past performance in the last three years on similar work, the ability to manage tasks and a team of subcontractors, and the specific technical skills that enable execution. The government requires details on the prime contractor’s ability to perform at least 50% of the work in accordance with FAR 52.219-14, plus a description of the company’s current small/large status, personnel, revenue history, office locations, DUNS, and SAM registration. Indicate eligibility as 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc., and confirm capability to meet facility and safeguarding requirements. Include comments or concerns about the draft PWS and any additional suggestions. A response deadline and related submission details will be provided by the contracting office.
