The work to be performed under this contract consists of scheduled and/or unscheduled pest inspections and all necessary treatments to prevent or eradicate pests. Scheduled inspections/treatments will occur monthly and/or quarterly on the listed facilities as specified in 1.1.3. Unscheduled inspections/treatments will be performed as needed. Treatment shall emphasize non-chemical techniques. Chemical control techniques shall be utilized with minimal environmental contamination or adverse consequences. Site Visit will be scheduled at later date. List of chemicals, product labels, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all products intended for use. Technical plan addressing: Methods of inspections and treatments. Use of integrated pest management techniques. Environmental protection measures. Safety protocols. Past performance references for similar contracts (include contract numbers and points of contact). 3. Pricing Structure: Provide pricing for each CLIN for the base year and each option year. Ensure all pricing is detailed and includes: Labor costs Materials/chemicals Equipment Any additional costs associated with emergency response times. 4.
