Amendment 1 -3/19/2026 The purpose of this amendment is to cancel Solicitation 1240BD26Q0003 in its entirety effective 19 March 2026. The Government has determined that changes to the requirement are necessary and are substantial enough to warrant a new competition. No award will be made under this solicitation. A new solicitation incorporating the revised specifications will be posted to SAM.gov shortly.
