In addition, the project will require traffic control; this is to address removing lanes from service while maintaining adjacent lanes in service along the same route(s), modifying direction of traffic flow, adding temporary pavement and maintaining access to at least 2 docks at all times. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment and daily supervision to accomplish tasks as outlined in contract documents. Contractor is also responsible for all necessary safety measures. This Colombia LPOE BRIC project is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction); the current small business size standard is $45 million. It is anticipated that this project will take approximately 360 calendar days to complete. Award of any resulting procurement will be based on FAR Part 15 competitive proposals, using a best value trade-off methodology. GENERAL CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS: The construction cost is estimated to be between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000. LOCATION OF THE WORK: Colombia Land Port of Entry, Termination SH-255, Laredo, Texas 78040. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE FOR AWARD TO SMALL BUSINESS FIRMS.
