The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Air Warfare Command Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) intent to solicit a sole source proposal for Phase 2(a) on the previously awarded Cognitive Radar Electronic Attack Environment (CREATE) system delivery order (N0042125F0572) against Basic Ordering Agreement N0042124G0003. This requirement will issue new CLINs on the delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N0042124G0003 to Mercury Systems, Inc., 50 Minuteman Road, Andover MA 01810.
