Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Indo-Pacific seeks commercial Coca-Cola beverage distributors capable of supplying a full Coca-Cola Beverage product line to DoD and non-DoD customers on Guam under a potential long-term agreement. The contractor would source, purchase, store, and distribute the products, maintain product quality and cold-chain integrity, ensure timely delivery, and provide responsive customer service, including handling substitutions during the contract term, while maintaining all required licenses and certifications.

Key requirements include: only current functioning commercial distributors (not 3PL-only firms); products must be Coca-Cola beverage products with no alternative brands; possible need to hold or obtain a Coca-Cola Exclusive Distributor License for the Guam area; the ability to stage, deliver, and sustain cold chain and shelf-life assurances; and the capability to meet local regulatory requirements. Respondents should provide a capability statement detailing relevant experience, potential delivery strategies, Guam distribution licenses, and logistical considerations, plus feedback on feasibility, timelines, and best practices. Responses are voluntary and for market research; attachments include a draft schedule of items and a sample customer list, and updates will be posted on SAM.gov.
