This modification to the combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby modified adding an Addendum to the Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-25-Q-0067. This procurement is 100% Indian owned business set-aside under NAICS code 238160 with a size standard in millions of dollars $19.0. The Contractor shall place a coating on the existing roof terraces to stop the infiltration of rain water into the building in accordance with the statement of work and drawing at The Clinton Indian Health Center 10321 N. 2274 Rd Clinton, OK 73601. The period of performance for this requirement is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The official site visit will be June 6th at 10:00 AM at the Clinton Indian Health Center 10321 N. 2274 Rd Clinton, OK 73601. Questions are due no later than June 16; 2025 5:00 p.m. CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is June 23, 2025 COB CST.
