All sources must be DOD qualified and approved to provide CL-20. Method of Issue: Other Than Full and Open (Sole Source: Northrop Grumman Corporation, 9160 N Hwy 83, Corinne, UT 84307, a DOD-approved and qualified manufacturer for CL-20). No solicitation is currently available; as such, this is not a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. A decision to set aside all or part of this requirement is dependent upon a review of the information submitted in response to this sources sought. After review of the responses to this sources sought announcement a synopsis and/or solicitation announcement may be published. Highway 83, Corinne, UT 84307, a DOD-approved and qualified manufacturer for CL-20. The award will be a firm-fixed price contract. Companies are required to be an approved manufacturer of CL-20 under NAVSEAINST 8020.5D, Qualification and Final (Type) Qualification Procedures of Navy Explosives, to provide CL-20 to the Navy.
