The purpose of this requirement is to provide a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC) and the Federal Judiciary. The AOUSC requests a new BPA to continue procuring Cisco products and service solutions including network switches, networking software, wireless services, server s products, security products, access to a range of online self-help resources, accessories, maintenance, and data center products solutions for continued operations, and the associated technical and implementation support. The period of performance of this BPA shall be five (5) years in length and shall consist of five (5) ordering periods, each 12 months in length. The contract type for BPA Calls (or "call orders") issued under this BPA will be firm-fixed price (FFP). Offerors are encouraged to carefully read the entire solicitation, including Section L - Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors or Respondents. The proposal shall include the following two volumes: Volume I: Price Proposal using the format in Attachment J.1 - Pricing Schedule Workbook BPA Cisco; and Volume II: Technical Proposal. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by the deadline and in accordance with the requirements in Section L.1.2 using the format in Attachment J.3 - Question Submission Template. Proposals must be submitted by the deadline and in accordance with the requirements in Section L.1.2. The Government intends to award a single BPA to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and represents the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price (LPTA). Proposals that are incomplete or do not comply with the requirements outlined in Section C - Statement of Work (Attachment J.2), Section L Instructions/Conditions/ Notices to Offerors and other requirements of this solicitation, may be deemed non-responsive and excluded from further consideration.

Please be advised that the deadline for proposals is hereby extended. Proposals must be submitted no later than 3:00pm Eastern Time (ET) on July 25, 2025.

The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Extend the deadline for proposals to 11:00am Eastern Time (ET) on July 29, 2025; 2) Revise Sections G.1.6, L.1.3 and L.1.6 of the solicitation (changes are shown in red); 3) Revise Cisco BPA_Attachment J.2_Statement of Work to delete Sections C.3.10 and C.3.11 (changes are shown in red); and 4) Release additional Questions and Answers (Q&As) that were inadvertently not included in the prior release.

Procurement within the Federal Judiciary is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), which applies to most Executive Branch agencies. Judiciary procurement policies are the responsibility of the Acquisition Management Office (AMO) within the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO), and are issued in the Guide to Judiciary Policy, Volume 14 (Procurement). IAW 330.70.30 Award Notification, the following information is hereby provided. (a) The name and address of the offeror receiving an award: DISYS SOLUTIONS, INC. DBA: DISYS, LLC 44670 CAPE CT STE 100 ASHBURN, VA 20147-6227 (b) Total BPA award amount: $94,000,000 (c) Award was made without discussions. (d) Basis for the selection decision: IAW Section M.1 of the solicitation, the Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and represents the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price (LPTA). DISYS Solutions' total price of $46,812,736.00 is the lowest discounted price proposed in response to the solicitation. DISYS Solutions' offer is considered Technically Acceptable. It is in the best interest of the Government to award DISYS Solutions the BPA USCA25B0003.
