Summary

AI-generated · Sep 27, 2025

Qualified manufacturers are being sought to supply a CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY for the Patriot M-D6 system (NSN 5998-01-609-1074, P/N 13656860). There is no current solicitation, and responses are not offers. The part must be bought from the original manufacturing source specified on the source control or selected item drawing, and government data rights are not available to support competition, so this is being pursued as a sole-source action under FAR 6.302-1(a)(1). The identified source for this part is the original manufacturer.

Interested firms should be prepared to undergo the source-approval process to become eligible for future opportunities. The contractor will be responsible for all manufacturing and lifecycle activities, including engineering, supply chain, forecasting, long-lead parts, obsolescence, and delivery, and must maintain applicable data rights and export-control certifications. The part requires engineering source approval by the design-control activity, and current ITAR/JCP certifications are required to access export-controlled data. The government notes a preference for Women-Owned Small Businesses; responses are voluntary with no funding or guarantee of a future solicitation or award.
