The Government s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Upon the availability of funds, IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) The 122d Fighter Wing, Fort Wayne, IN intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price contract to GasTOPS, Inc., Huntsville, AL 35806 for a ChipCHECK Kit part No. B179820, NSN 6650-01-665-6490, a field deployable general-purpose analytical wear debris analysis tool. GasTOPS uses proprietary designs for their analyzer equipment. The Department of the Air Force currently has an IDIQ contract in place with GasTOPS for analyzer equipment and for additional service, training, and repairs.
