Solicitation Number: RFQ # 75H70425Q00043, IHS1512271 Notice Type: Special Notice Notice of Intent Synopsis: This is a notification of the intent to make a Follow-On Award to AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS (UEI DWN9T4FUL313) under Product/Service Code R408 (Support Professional: Program Management/Support), and NAICS Code 611430 (Professional and Management Development Training) by Indian Health Service for a BASE Period of twelve (12) months with four (4) Options Periods of twelve (12) months each under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A Sole Source letter provided by the intended contract awardee is attached. If you can provide the services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to brendon.moran@ihs.gov referencing notice number 75H70425Q00043 by 10AM (EST), 24 September, 2025. A determination by the Government to terminate the intended contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
