This notice is issued solely for market research and planning purposes to identify interested and capable firms for the Chicago Harbor Lock Power Distribution Phase 2 project in Cook County, Chicago, IL. This notice does not constitute a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quotation (RFQ), and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Chicago District is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
