Chemistry Testing - Cost Per Reportable Result W9114F-25-Q-A035

The purpose of amendment W9114F-25-Q-A035-0003 is to: 1. Extend the response deadline to 15 JULY 2025 at 17:00 CET. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Europe requires (1) automated chemistry analyzer and reagents in support of the laboratory mission at U.S. Army Health Clinic - Vicenza in Vicenza, Italy. The successful offeror shall furnish all equipment, reagents, consumables, controls, and any necessary maintenance to the respective laboratories for the purpose of hematology testing under a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) CLIN structure. All parts, equipment and reagents/consumables shall be supplied and serviced through the Contractor. The resulting contract will be a Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) five-year ordering period. The anticipated ordering period is approximately 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2030. See attached 1449 for details. Questions are due no later than 17:00 Central European Time on 8 May 2025.
