PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation Project Management Office (PMO) Cargo Helicopters (CH) has a requirement for logistic and operational support to stage up to fourteen (14) CH-47F Block I and Block II Cargo Helicopters within 50 miles of PEO Aviation requirements in Huntsville, AL. ACQUISITION APPROACH: The Government anticipates a full and open competitive contract vehicle. This vehicle will be utilized for services pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. The Government anticipates to make the award on the basis of best value. The Government anticipates a hybrid Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a 12-month base period, inclusive with a 90-day Phase-in, and four (4) 12-month option periods; a total period of performance of 60 months.
