STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR ALLIED SYSTEMS BOAT DAVIT MODEL DDP11000CTS CGC STONE is experiencing issues with the dual point davit raising and lowering the FWD and AFT falls at varying rates, causing a loss of functionality of the constant tension winch system and misalignment of the hooks. The cutter has bypassed safety systems for emergency operation and can only operate in calm sea states. OBJECTIVE The goal is for OEM techincal representative to troubleshoot the dual point davit constant tension, encoders, and related systems on CGC STONE.
