USCGC EMLEN TUNNELL requires pier-side waterborne hull cleaning, video inspection, and renewal of depleted zinc anodes to remove operational marine growth and restore the vessel's cathodic protection system. 2. LOCATION OF PERFORMANCE: CGC EMLEN TUNNELL SINGAPORE 508988 3. REQUIRED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Government has established two potential POPs for this requirement, listed below. The Primary POP is the Government's preferred schedule. The secondary POP serves strictly as an authorized backup schedule.
