Summary

AI-generated · Jan 10, 2026

CERFP SCTE-related capabilities are being sought to identify sources capable of providing role players, moulage/clothing, weighted manikins or simulants, lumber packages, and ambulance service support for a domestic exercise. The contractor will supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and nonpersonal services required for a four-day exercise in early March 2026, per a draft Performance Work Statement. This is market research, not a solicitation or contract commitment, and small businesses are of interest. Respondents should describe their small-business status, anticipated teaming arrangements, and provide examples of similar services delivered to government and commercial clients over the past three years, with information on prime vs. teaming partner roles.

Capability statements should demonstrate understanding of the requirements and cover: a brief history of the business, organizational structure, and experience providing medical support in the commercial sector, plus the resources to meet the PWS. Include past subcontracting arrangements, and if you are a small business explain how you would perform 51% of the work if the opportunity were set aside for small businesses. Also describe current federal or commercial contracts and identify any potential issues, questions, or cost-driving factors in the PWS that could affect performance. Responses should include standard company identifiers, small-business classification, a point of contact, and any teaming partners with a clear delineation of each party’s responsibilities.
