Operations Support NAICS: 561210 Facilities Support. Small Business Size Standard - $47 Million. NOTICE TYPE: Solicitation for a 100% Small Business Set-aside. PURPOSE: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation for a Requirements Contract for Operations and Maintenance Services for Center Hill Lake. Center Hill Lake is located on the Caney Fork River, about 60 miles east of Nashville, Tennessee and 20 miles west of Cookeville, Tennessee. The areas of work are located in DeKalb, Putnam, White, and Warren Counties of Tennessee. Principle cities in the area are Smithville, Cookeville and Sparta, Tennessee. This description is not intended to be all encompassing and is subject to change. SOLICITATION AND CONTRACT TYPE: It is anticipated that from the Request for Proposal Solicitation, the Government will award one (1) Firm-Fixed Price Requirements Contract to the firm that provides the best value to the Government. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The anticipated contract period is Three-hundred Sixty-five (365) calendar days for the Base contract with four (4) one-year option periods.
