If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract or purchase order to the company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in English and sent via email to Dargsoprocurementbid@state.gov . Please include the following in the subject line of your email: "Question(s)-PR15513628-CDC IT SUPPLIES. The deadline for submitting questions is August 15, 2025, at 17:00 p.m. (East Africa Time). The U.S. Embassy will publish all questions and corresponding answers as soon as possible after this deadline. Quotations are due by August 25, 2025, at 15:00 p.m. East Africa Time. Late submissions will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted in English, and incomplete proposals will not be considered. Quotations must be submitted electronically to Dargsoprocurementbid@state.gov .
