Based on the recommendation provided by the Service Line and an evaluation of all gathered documents, the quote provided by Inner Vision Radiology, LLC is considered to be the best overall choice to meet the government s requirements under RFQ 36C24725Q0825. The Contracting Officer (CO) has determined that an award will be made to Inner Vision Radiology, LLC., the lower fair and reasonable priced quote and garnering a Excellent rated technical and Excellent rated past performance rating. Inner Vision Radiology, LLC has been determined to be the best value to the Government considering their price, technical capability, and past performance. The price reasonableness determination will be documented on the FAR Part 13 Award Decision Abstract in accordance with VHAPM Part 813.106-3 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Inner Vision Radiology, LLC was found to be a responsible contractor in accordance with VHAPM Part 809.1 Contractor Responsibility Determination SOP.
