It is the Government s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns. The associate North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 813110, Religious Organizations. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. Basis for Award: Award will be made using best value, technical capability, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to make an award to the vendor whose proposal represents the best value to the Government based on (1) vendor s technical capability, (2) vendor s past performance using the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), (3) price. Technical capability will be based on the demonstrated ability to meet the technical requirements. The solicitation will contain the complete Performance Work Statement (PWS).
