Marine Corps Base Environmental Security Office has a requirement for Recycling Service for mobile antifreeze, virgin antifreeze, 55 gallon drums with lids, and 55 gallon drums without lids to 56 service locations on Camp Pendleton. This Sources Sought is to determine how many businesses are capable of meeting the requirement. Please note, businesses must be identified as an "Active Transporter" for hazardous waste per the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) to qualify.
