Summary

AI-generated · Aug 25, 2025

Industry feedback is sought to inform planning, acquisition strategy, and solution design for consolidating and modernizing enterprise call centers with a target of about 60 million calls per year. The effort envisions a multi-phase transition to a unified, veteran-centric service model, including workforce transformation, operational optimization, and technology integration, and seeks best-practice input on how to achieve the consolidation successfully. Responses are for information and planning only; this is not a solicitation, does not bind the government, and responses do not constitute offers. Submissions are voluntary, at the respondent’s expense, become government property, and any sensitive information should be clearly marked.

Update: there is no new information or updates at this time, and no planned or estimated solicitation release. The core objective remains the same, with stakeholders advised to monitor SAM.gov for any future RFIs or updates related to this effort.

The purpose of this RFI is to obtain market information on capable sources of supply, industry practices, and input specific to the information provided. The Government is not responsible for any cost incurred by industry in furnishing this information. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future Request for Proposals, if any is issued. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Any proprietary/sensitive information must be clearly marked by the vendor.
