The work consists of rehabilitation of selected upland confined disposal facility H (CDF-H) along the Calcasieu Ship Channel which entails: ditching of the site, excavation of the disposal area to the required grade and placement of material for the construction of earthen retention dikes to the required DMMP standards; all as shown on the drawings. The work also includes surveying and all operations incidental thereto. This solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be firm fixed price (FFP).
