Scope: The intended use is by the United States Corps of Cadets for strenuous long-term training in indoor - outdoor pools and fresh or salt water bodies. 2. Basic Material: a. Shell - 100% nylon supplex b. Liner - 100% polyester or nylon mesh 3. Color: a. Shell - all black b. Liner - all white 4. Basic Design: Boxer style with liner, covered elastic waistband with a one piece inside drawstring, There shall be cut side pockets on side seam beginning two and three-quarter (2.75) inches down from the top of the waistband.
