Questions are due no later than 11 June 2025 at 02:00PM AKDT. All questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation and posted to SAM.gov website. A. The NAICS code is 236210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45M. B. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(f) is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000. C. See Section J for the List Attachments. D. Payment and Performance bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. E. IAW with FAR 14.202-8 Electronic bids, ONLY ELECTRONIC submissions will be accepted. Bids must be submitted via email to the following Org Box: 354CONS.PKA.MonitorConstruction@us.af.mil; F. Bid opening will be conducted at Building 2310 Central Ave 3rd floor conference room.
