Submit SF-330 architect-engineer qualifications for services to install a temporary boiler at the Dayton VA Medical Center (Project 552-26-101). Use the latest SF-330 format, tailor it to the attached SOW, and limit the package to 50 pages in a single file not exceeding 15 MB.
