Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) will be issuing a request for proposal for Architectural and Engineering Design services on or about January 28th, 2026. A request for proposal will be issued as a total SDVOSB set-aside. Pursuant to VAAR 836.204, the disclosure of magnitudes on the AE project is between $1 million and $2 million dollars. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from Vendors that are verified and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be verified in the Small Business Administration s (SBA) Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) as a Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) from the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21. General Description of the work includes, but not limited to, the following: The objective of this project will focus on replacing (3) Air Handling Units (AHU) and all necessary ancillary components of the AHU and air and cooling distribution including return, exhaust, humidity control and monitoring equipment. It includes necessary electrical, plumbing, low voltage, architectural and structural changes necessary to support equipment replacement, expansion, or modification to meet current design criteria for these types of systems.
