The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Description of Work: The General Services Administration, Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), is initiating a project on behalf of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (USBR). This project will be renovating USBR s 100% humidity room in Building 56 on the Denver Federal Center. This project will provide all necessary elements to build-out the space to meet the needs of USBR while meeting GSA building standards and requirements. The GSA, in collaboration with its clients, stakeholders, and contractors, intends to renovate USBR s 100% Humidity Room in Building 56 to modernize the space to meet USBR s organizational needs. The project shall create a functionally aesthetic, sustainable, cost-effective, high-performing, 100% humidity room. The project will include a demo necessary to perform the renovation for a working area of approximately 1,800 square feet.
