Contractor to provide liquid nitrogen on an as-needed basis within 48-hours of request to Clay Center, Nebraska. The 1500-gallon Nitrogen tank feeds a storage facility that contains valuable and unreproducible genetic material. Therefore, bulk liquid nitrogen for this tank must be delivered with 24-hours of request in emergency situations and 48 hours otherwise. The period of performance shall not exceed five (5) years and six (6) months if exercised. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0039 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Bulk Liquid Nitrogen. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 325120 The small business size standard is 1,200 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
