A market-research Sources Sought is being conducted to identify qualified contractors capable of performing a firm-fixed-price Design-Bid-Build renovation of Building 32 at Defense Supply Center Richmond, VA. The project covers five bays (H, I, K, L, M) with work extending to the adjacent boiler plant in Bay G.
