Summary

AI-generated · Apr 02, 2026

Deliver two one-day workshops for up to 150 active-duty service members engaged in shift-work operations, centered on three modules—Nutrition for Performance, Sleep Optimization, and Stress Management—designed with adult-learning principles and hands-on activities; provide participant handouts, workbooks, and resource materials. In addition, supply a two-way software platform (mobile and web) for readiness tracking and coaching communication, hosted in a FedRAMP Moderate cloud environment with clear data ownership policies; the platform must track metrics such as programs/workouts completed, recipes assigned, and mental performance content saved or assigned, and support onboarding for 250 users.

Lead instructors must be subject-matter experts with relevant certifications (Nutrition: RD or CSSD; Performance/Wellness: CSCS or NBC-HWC; Sleep/Stress: certified in sleep science or mindfulness-based stress reduction). The solicitation seeks past performance in similar DoD or federal work within the last five years, a high-level implementation timeline (kick-off, platform configuration, user onboarding, first workshop rollout), and a plan to install/configure the platform for the organization and onboard 250 users, including user guides or live training. A total ROM price for a one-year period is requested, with a breakout for on-site workshops (10 workshops), software platform for 250 users, and one-time implementation and onboarding costs.
