Broadband Wi-Fi Internet Access for McConnell AFB Unaccompanied Housing FA462126Q0012

The purpose of this notification is to garner interest in an upcoming requirement at McConnell AFB and to collect interested Vendor Capability Statements. Please review the additional information below and direct any interest or documents to the POCs listed. McConnell AFB appreciates our vendors' interests and time, and thanks you for your submissions. Description of Requirement: Establish Internet service for the Unaccompanied Housing, comprising four buildings with 444 rooms and common areas, using the existing infrastructure wherever possible (such as conduits). McConnell AFB requires download speeds of at least 100 Mbps and upload speeds of at least 20 Mbps or greater. Statement of Work (SoN) / Performance Work Statement (PWS): A SoN will be provided during the official Solicitation at a later date. At this time, McConnell AFB is only generating interest and possible vendors. Required Capabilities: The Vendors must follow industry standards and all federal, state, and local regulations, including regulations outlined in the Telecommunications Act established by the Federal Communications Commission.

The contractor shall provide a commercial Wi-Fi solution across four (4) multi-story dormitories (see "Attachment 2-Bldgs. Plans 196-340-342-350"; attachments available upon request through DoD SAFE: 196 As-Builts," 340 As-Builts," 342 As-Builts," 350 As-Builts" for materials used, covering a total of 444 rooms, plus common areas. The service must be completely separate and isolated from official government networks. Please carefully review the "Solicitation - FA462126Q0012" document and "Attachment 1-SOO Unaccompanied Housing Wi-Fi". The supporting documents are Attachment 2-Bldgs Plans 196-340-342-350 and Attachment 3-WD 2015-5341 Rev No 31. These documents will be the primary resource for Offerers to generate their Technical, Quotes, and Past Performance Volumes. The contractor must submit "Attachment 4-Registration Access Request" and return to lindsay.manning.1@us.af.mil, torrin.black@us.af.mil, and wesley.neaves@us.af.mil (22 CONS) prior to 1 May 2026 1000 CDT. Any Offerer who does not submit this attachment will be denied attendance at the Site Visit scheduled for 8 May 2026, 1000 CDT. Attendance at the site visit is not required to submit, offer, or be considered for the award. All questions submitted by 11 May 2026, 1000 CDT to 22 CONS will be answered with an attachment added to this post labeled "Attachment 5-Dorm Wi-Fi QA" on 13 May. Any question submitted after 11 May 2026 1000 CDT may not be addressed or answered.
