Time Eastern ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a quantity of two (2) Brand Name or Equal, commercial off the shelf Automatic Package Mixer similar to the PPG Semkit Part Number 221269 which contains the following Salient Characteristics: Item must have a mixing speed between 10-22 strokes per minute Power Requirement 110 VAC 60 cycle Pneumatic Requirement 90PSI air supply Must be capable of interfacing with PPG-SEMCO 2.5oz, 6oz, and 8oz cartridges, and have manual and automatic mixing capabilities. The Navy intends to solicit this contract on a full and open competition basis IAW FAR 12.201 after exclusion of sources as a small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2. Delivery is required FOB Destination to NSWC Crane. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
