N00164-25-Q-0763 BRAND NAME ONLY AND AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS DWYER OMEGA (OEM) AN/SLQ-32 PBL TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY MONITORS - PN: ISD-TH FSG 6685 - NAICS 334513 ISSUE DATE JULY 22, 2025 CLOSING DATE JULY 29, 2025 2:00 PM Eastern Time ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane WXMR has a requirement for AN/SLQ-32 PBL for QTY 36 Part Number ISD-TH Temperature and Humidity Monitors manufactured by Dwyer Omega. There are various suppliers that supply this device, but the device must be specifically Part Number ISD-TH manufactured by Dwyer Omega to be in compliance with the Navy Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) program. These devices will be used to monitor temperature and humidity levels in soldering and electronics labs to ensure work is completed in climate-controlled environments. The proposed contract action is for the services for which the Government intends to solicit for sole source, brand name only of Dwyer Omega, Part number ISD-TH only, to be in compliance with the Navy Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) program. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-25-Q-0763 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
