The objective of this requirement is to procure a Brand name or equivalent of Ambr 250 high throughput bioreactor by Sartorius Stedim NA as new technology to improve the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Pilot Bioproduction Facility s (PBF) on-site monoclonal antibodies production capabilities. The bioreactor shall include the high throughput workstation with 12 bioreactor stations, system computer, software, system installation, External Sampling Monitor (ESM), chiller, auto cleaning-in place (CIP) module, head space gassing, qualification, and a 12-month warranty and first year service and support package, including access to a dedicated support team with comprehensive reaction time commitment and preventive maintenance, and training for two operators.
