Summary

AI-generated · Dec 23, 2025

A Blanket Purchase Agreement is being pursued to provide weekly bottled water delivery to up to 170 residential properties in areas affected by PFAS contamination, with an optional installation and one-year maintenance of filtration systems. Each serviced property would have its own contract line item, and the arrangement would cover a base year plus four option years, funded annually as severable services.

For bottled water, deliver approximately 6 gallons per residence per week, with the water certified by the distributor to meet EPA PFAS drinking water standards, and the ability to scale from 19 to 170 residences, adding new residences within 72 hours of notification. Optional filtration system installations (point-of-use or point-of-entry) with at least one year of maintenance must reduce PFAS to below EPA MCLs and include documentation of installation, maintenance, and performance. Deliverables include weekly deliveries, monthly delivery reports with confirmations and quantities, PFAS compliance certification for all water, and complete documentation such as chain-of-custody and installation records. Respondents should submit a capability statement detailing company data, capability to scale, relevant water delivery and filtration experience, PFAS certifications, fleet capacity, and any feedback on the BPA/CLIN approach.
