The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) Annual Product Support Gold, P/N: TCG-PSG SLB. This requirement is sole sourced to Curtiss Wright, 2 Highwood Drive, Building 2, Suite 200, Tweksbury, MA. 01876 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions is the sole manufacturer of the TCG BOSS, GTS, and LinkPRO products. Curtiss-Wright is the sole owner of the intellectual property. There are no distributors. This includes installation and maintenance. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q5082 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
