Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Services seeks to purchase the following maintenance and repair services; this acquisition is purchase a comprehensive maintenance and repair service agreement for one (1) stitch and Fold B3000 Booklet maker and Trimmer, for up to sixty (60) months, consisting of (1) 12-month base period and up to four (4) 12-month option periods. The requested maintenance and repair services represent the minimum requirements of the government. The requirement includes: Preventive and corrective maintenance. Replacement of defective or worn hardware and software components, as applicable. Use of new OEM replacement parts, defined as parts manufactured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or OEM-authorized equivalent parts meeting OEM specifications for form, fit, and function.
