1. INTRODUCTION: Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing this Request for Order Proposal (RFOP) under the Basic Ordering Agreement Sustainment Track (BOAST) program. ***AMENDMENT 0003: Effective 29 June 2026, the Government hereby issues Amendment 0003 to RFOP BREECH LOCK to execute technical updates and extend the proposal submission deadline. Under this amendment, the part number associated with National Stock Number (NSN) 1005-01-629-5684 is updated from 130227998 to 130227998-1, a change that is fully reflected under Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0008, 1008, and 2008 in the BOAST RFOP.
