Amendment 0002- The purpose of the amendment is to provide scope clarification. The existing roof must be completely removed to the concrete deck. The bare concrete deck would remain and is not to be replaced. Amendment 0001- The purpose of the amendment is to extend the RFQ closing date to 6/18/2025 10AM ET. The U. S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service area office in Stoneville, MS has a requirement for roof replacement. Vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Vendors interested in attending the site visit must notify the Contracting Officer at osvaldo.rodriguez@usda.gov by 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June 5, 2025, to be added to the approved list.
