Attached please find a RFQ for Solicitation 12441926Q0001 fro the US Forest Service. Attached please also find the Attachments, Drawings, Specifications, Sustainable Products Information, Schedule of Items (SOI), and Wage Rate Determinations for details referenced within the RFQ. A Site Visit will be held on Thursday, October 30th from 0900-1400 EST at 4155 County Highway H, Laona, WI. **Please note, if you would like to attend the Site Visit, you are required to RSVP to Cody Gorden by 1700 EST on 10/28/2025 via cody.gorden@usda.gov or (509) 779-0536. The Question and Answer period for this effort will close on 11/13/2025. All questions will be due to either myself or Cody by COB of this date in order to be answered. No questions will be accepted and answered beyond this date. Please fill out the attached RFQ and SOI (fill in column E and the rest will calculate) and have it returned to me by COB on Tuesday the 25th of November, 2025 NLT 1700 EST by replying to this email directly. Please ensure you read the entire RFQ as your quote will be considered non-responsive if instructions are not followed IAW the within directions in Sections L, & M and will not be considered for award (This means I MUST have the Attachment 4 12441926Q0002 SOI filled out and returned to me in Excel format).
