The National Park Service (NPS) Big South Fork has a requirement for the delivery, and tailgate spreading of materials required to restore and maintain the Fork Ridge Mutli-Use Trail (MUT) and Fork Ridge Horse Trail within the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area (BISO). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 January 17, 2025. This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 212321 Construction Sand and Gravel Mining Size Standard: 500 Employees TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price Period of Performance 9/22/2025 to 11/21/2025 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
